Author: allisony Subject: 24 is leading the way in meeting the demand Posted: 21 May 2010 at 06:14 I’ve watched every episode when 24 hours aired on TV , including the season finale, and absolutely loved that I could go out and purchase the entire season on DVD the very next day. What makes Jack a great action hero is that in those moments where dozens, hundreds, thousands, or in a few cases for Jack, millions of innocent lives are on the line, he knows that he has to do whatever it takes to save those people, and sometimes that requires a proverbial twist of the thumbscrews. What makes Jack a great character is that while he says that he doesn’t regret those moments, he knows that there’s a line that shouldn’t be crossed. Author: allisony Subject: Weeds: the dialogue is always worth the time Posted: 21 May 2010 at 04:59 I love Weeds and the dialogue is always worth the time. However, I just felt like all seasons was all over the place. I can’t really say much about the story line without giving something away, but it just felt like it lacked direction and was just filler until the final episode . I feel like it may be time for Weeds to move back to the suburbs. So-Cal & Northern Mexico just seem like too big an area for the story line to handle. Posted: 21 May 2010 at 04:57 Desperate Housewives is meant to be a fun, no-brainer of a comedy/drama series , not that of a thought-provoker. All in all, season five is a winner, a look into the future in Fairview. Desperate Housewives promises better things to come: new neighbors with dark secrets, in-depth storylines to keep the audience tuned in every week, and most importantly, the return to Wisteria Lane where nothing is ever as it seems. The mystery this year was not much of a mystery, as other viewers will attest. By the second episode , we all know, roughly, that something is amiss with Dave Williams.
