Nice balanced team, and the only thing I can think of is that your Umbreon will have a lot of trouble with Porygon-Z. You don’t seem to have much of a decent counter for it, because after you switch out Umbreon for Blissey, it will likely have done a Nasty Plot, then It will hyper beam you. Switch your Blissey’s EV spread to Sp. Def, because maxing your HP is not going to do as much into Defense as you may think. You will still be able to wall those physical attacks, don’t worry. Same goes for Umbreon itself, you should switch it’s EV spread more onto Sp. Def, as the EV spread seems kinda random, 56 Sp. Def EVs won’t do any more as 48 EVs in terms of keeping out OHKO’s and 2KOs. Put it to 64 EV’s, reduce it to 48 and put the rest in ATK, or switch it’s moveset around to a Look Passer, and switch attack to Def.
You’re also missing a P-Hazer. I would think switching Milotic for Suicune with the moveset Calm Mind, Surf, Rest, and Roar. I use it all the time, and will cripple all of those pokemon providing you have Stealth Rock support.
BTW, I like how you put Gyro Ball on that Forretress of yours. Without it, it would be toast for Gengar. I don’t really understand the significance of the Focus Sash, though, besides being able to survive one Special Attack to put up some kind of Support. This doesn’t work though, because you can only put one layer of Toxic Spikes then, and that’s inferior to Stealth Rock or Spikes. Switch to either, or put leftovers on it. I would switch though, because there’s no use of having Thunder wave on that Blissey of yours with toxic spike support.
I also think you should get a spin blocker. I would say switch it with Alakazam because it’s defenses are not useful for a trick set, and you don’t want to lose Dragonite, the only source of all around coverage for your team. Use a Spiritomb with the moveset Trick, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, and Will-O-Wisp, with a Choice Band. You can trick it on anyone, and if you don’t want to trick, you use it to Shadow Sneak. The purpose of Will-O-Wisp is if you trick it on a switching physical sweeper, you can cut attack back down again.

awesome team!
a 4, Alakazams can be pretty deadly when there that strong, oh and an umbreon awesome
Your team looks pretty decent. However, there seem to be a couple things just a bit off. First, It seems just a bit bad to have your spinner also be your lead spiker and also an exploder. You’re just trying to put too much in one package here. The metagame may be full of suicide SR leads, but they still need to die before you can rapid spin, and be assured that it will stick. If anything pushes Forretress at all while he’s spiking, you may not be able to get him back in to spin. Second, it’s an interesting choice leaving Alakazam with 0 speed IVs. At 221 hp, he might be able to take a special hit, and he doesn’t beat out a max speed neutral personality 80 speed pokemon. The rest seems pretty standard, though Umbreon might want Baton Pass over Protect, but that would require retraining, so if you don’t want to bother, then don’t.
Great team fortress seems a good defense, but try teaching it sum better moves. dragonite it perfeect .
try putting a boss in their maybe rayquaza or mewto in place of alakazam
